Due to the handcrafted, custom, and curated nature of many items sold by Evoke Studio & Gifts, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

This policy applies to all purchases, including art, soaps, hats, gifts, accessories, custom items, and other merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we may review the matter and assist when appropriate.

Please note that handmade, custom, and small-batch items may have slight variations in color, scent, texture, or design. These natural differences are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.

Pretty in Print Collection Policy

Pretty in Print is a recurring seasonal collection offered four times each year. Your first payment of $32.95 is charged when your selected collection begins. Your subscription will then automatically renew every three months at $32.95, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Collections are released February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. Contents and designs will vary with each collection.

You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal through your account. Once a seasonal collection has been charged and processing has begun, that collection cannot be canceled or refunded.
